
This is the stone mill our matcha supplier uses. We decided to go deep down the rabbit hole when sourcing for our new tea program. Learned that this slow, traditional milling process is so beneficial as it prevents the powder from getting scorched and preserves the delicate, sweet flavor.
I know it's a small detail most customers will never see, but it makes a huge difference in the final cup. Respect the process.

We live in a time where we can get anything anytime we want. It’s nice to get back to reality and really showing respect towards a product by taking the time to process it for quality instead of yield. I’m sure your customers will enjoy hearing about your efforts!
I wouldn’t call it “a single ingredient” if the dish you’re talking about is a cup of matcha
