She’s a bold and assertive dressing that always has you coming back for more. Anchovies are a non-negotiable for me so if they ain’t your jam this ain’t your recipe. I opted to not use an egg yolk here because this recipe makes just over two cups and I want it to have a longer shelf life. I hope you love it as much as I do.

is the one hill that I’m willing to die on. The Caesar salad dressing is the best dressing of all time. It is a flavor umami bomb-packed masterpiece, and it’s probably the reason I fell in love with cooking. And while I’m very particular about what goes into my Caesar salad dressing, it doesn’t necessarily have to be used for a classic Caesar salad. I like to drizzle it on cooked proteins like chicken and fish and steak. Toss your roasted veg in it. Honestly, just slather it on butter toast. Today, I’m using it to transform a gorgeous platter of sliced tomatoes. Finish with bacon bits and some crunchy croutons and you’ve got yourself an epic summer side. Want the recipe?
