This is going in here. I just don’t have room on my board for it. So, gosh, you know what? I can do just I can e we don’t want that but we’ll tick that. Okay, we can Here we go. So, do you guys enjoy the music? I put new music together. Some of it is my older music and some of it is my newer music. What do you think? Do you like it? Hi May. Oh May. Boom boom. May, will you adopt me as your as your um your chaotic niece? I hope you would. Okay. So, uh, let’s just get this all. You know, it doesn’t have to be pretty because it’s going to be all slopped together anyway. So, if it comes out like this, you know, like, you know, a chicken fight and a loser, the loser of the chicken fight. If it comes out like that, then hey, Brian Pal. Oh, May. Brian Pal says hi. Yeah. You don’t hear music? Nobody hears music? Oh my gosh. Well, let me fix that. May, thank you for telling me. Yes. Um, okay. Let’s see. [Music] Do you hear music now? [Music] Oops. Sorry guys. Let me turn it down. [Music] Okay. How’s that? Does that work for you guys? Yeah, that’s right. It is. Wendy girl, you got that right. Does that sound okay for you guys? [Music] I’m using um cream of chicken. That’s right. But I’m using cream of chicken. And I’m not making the cream of chicken uh today cuz I’m lazy. So, I thought I would make a fun quick meal for you guys to enjoy along with us. You know, cook dinner with me. Why not? A lot of people do. Maybe you could, too. Hey, one in the chat or let me know in the comments if you’re cooking along with me. I would love to know. That would be fun. Wouldn’t that be fun to know, husband? And I’m going to put these in the bucket in the Oh gosh, look at that. You guys can see that. Wow. Oh. Oh, [Music] no. No. [Music] There we go. You guys should still be able to see. Okay, there they can. Hey, husband Graciey’s at the door. Um, the cat Mia just told us her cat Mia, she tells us um when somebody’s at the door. It’s pretty funny. I looked up orzo today and it was more It was more what [Music] and fiber than white rice. It was more Oh, they see that your comment is hid by something. I have to look on this one. It was more protein. Oh, well, yeah, because it’s made Well, the one that you looked up was probably made from whole wheat flour. Yeah. So, um that’d be interesting to see what kind of flour it was made from. Well, flour does come from wheat. Well, whole wheat flour does, right? There’s rice flour. You can make all kinds of flour. Almond flour. You can make anything. So, um, have you tried the orzo yet? May, I know you tried the, uh, couscous, the big pearls, and that wasn’t fun. And when you told me about that, I tried the big pearls. It wasn’t fun. So, I’m right in there with you, May. That’s right. I’m right there with my Maymay, [Music] with my auntie Maya. [Music] I’ve never bought orzo, but I will soon. I’m glad because it really is really really yummy. Um it’s it almost has a a r a you know a rice um [Music] size bit a little bit bigger than a rice size but the feel of it the texture is pasta. It’s It’s all pasta and it’s so yummy. It’s really yummy. I think you should try it. You think that’s about three cups of broccoli that I used? Well, heck, I better save that one because that looks like quite a bit. So, I’m going to save this. And you know what I like to save? For those of you who are using fresh broccoli, save your um u uh broccoli trees, you know, the the the the tree stumps because um I forgot the name of them, my MS. You know how that goes. Um, you will be a if you like broccoli uh broccoli soup, which we’ll make soon, hold on to these and put them in the freezer. Just like that. Shove it in the freezer. Then take two as then take two aspirin and call me in the morning. [Music] Oh gosh, what did Emanuel say? I had to rinse and dry. Yes, I’m making chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and canned green beans. Nothing fancy. Yeah. Are you making um uh [Music] uh potatoes ma mashed potatoes from um you know from a potato potato or um or an instant potato. You know, some of those instant potatoes aren’t bad at all. like the Idaho Idahoan Idahoan they have that has really good really good um potatoes. Oh, thanks. Rice came. Okay. Rice is here. Ding ding ding ding. Really? May likes frozen cauliflower rice. Haven’t made it fresh cauliflower. Oh, you know what? May. We’re going to change that. Yes, we’re going to change that. Okay. Let me wet my board a little bit here. Let me get some. But I’m really not following a recipe because, you know, it’s kind of my own. But, you know, hey, it’s Friday night dinner, right? [Music] Okay. Michael Jackson’s back on. And I’m going to take probably a half an onion. [Music] And that’s about good. I want the bigger side. I like onions. We’re our family really enjoys um onions cooked and raw. I’m looking forward to my garden, which I’m going to do this year. You know, I have everything I need except for time. You know, the husband promised me he’d help me. So, um, with his promise, because he’s going to enjoy the fruits of the garden, too, you know, with his help, it should be like, um, like raising Cain, but opposite. Yeah. Wasn’t Kane the one who um uh Yeah, he was the one who who killed his brother. So, um, we’re not going to raise Kane. We’re going to raise veg heads. Let’s raise the veg heads. Okay. Um Rebecca Calamity girl, the chicken was fully cooked because when you don’t see blood or any pink, it’s done because you asked when you were cutting it. I saw the white in the middle. I did too, honey. I did too. Thank you for reminding me to say something to you guys. You like the garlic instant potatoes? I don’t know if we’ve tried that. We might, but I when I do them, I always like to do it from the from the potato. You know, you know how I am. Yeah. So, let me get this going here because uh dinner time is on the line. Okay. Now, I’m just going to dice this onion. No, Gracie. You’re not going to like that. Don’t eat it. It will harm you. It’s an onion. No. Good girl. It’s not good for you. I look piece of onion fall on the floor and she’s like, “Yeah, score. It’s a scorching match with my onion. [Music] Gosh, could you imagine dating an onion? What if onions were like, you know, human and it was just a different race, but they still, you know, could have um stung your eyes and stuff like that. What an idiot I am. Oh jeez. That’s okay. Okay, so now these are really going to cook down. I don’t want them too too small. Like I say, we really enjoy onions. And uh I really like the texture of them, too. So, I’m probably going to do just, you know, like a mediumsized dice. I’m not going to go for a small thing. Okay. Husband isn’t feeling well today. His stomach is really hurting him. So, he decided that he’s going to bow out of today. And I said, “Okay.” As if I had a choice. Okay. In the bucket you go. In the bucket we go. Oh, let me get my um garlic press. Oh my gosh, it’s in the dishwasher. I don’t want to go through all that. So, we’ll go and use garlic. I’m not a fan of it unless I make it myself because of all the preservatives. You know, I try to get away from preservatives cuz it’s really they really act up my my disease. I’ve noticed a lot. Yes. Um, Rebecca, that’s sweet. So, I’m probably going to take a about This is a half teaspoon. I’m probably going to take a good [Music] hunk of garlic. So, one teaspoon, one heaping thing of of garlic because you know what? If you don’t have garlic, you don’t have crap, basically. Right, May? Isn’t that right, Michelle? How about you, Wendy, Manuel, Brian Bow, all you guys, what do you think? Okay, so let me get this mixed together here. And then I’m going to throw in the rice. And what’s nice is I can keep it all in this pan here. I know. Can you guys um Is it okay? Can you see? Okay. Garlic makes the meal. Wendy loves garlic. That’s right. My great grandma when I was little, she was born in 1899. Okay. And she lived to be 97 years old. and husband’s mom or grandma lived until she was a hund. Um, but uh my grandma, my great grandma, but she raised my mom, so she was like my mom’s mom, but anyway, we all called her grand. And so Bram used to walk around with a a a clove of garlic. eat you healthy. Never see me at the doctor. And I swear the last time she did that, she fell down and broke a hip. Yeah. And it wasn’t very good. Yeah. You can guess what happened. So anyway, oh my gosh, it’s out of here. How do you like my music? That’s the music I made with the help of AI, but I wrote it. I’m going to buy you an Indian motorcycle to go with your denim sleeveless. I have a four-wheeler and I get hurt enough on that thing. But I love my denim jacket. I love my denim jacket, my sleeveless one. And then I have one that is a regular Levis Strauss, you know, regular one. And then I’ve got one with um a fur in it. So keep me nice and warm. Yeah. Thank you. He loves my music. That’s really nice. Thanks, S. Okay, let’s go from Should we spice this up? Okay, let’s spice it up before I put in the rice. No, because that’s how I roll. I’m not a spice girl. I’m going to put in the salt first. Salt, you don’t have to uh bloom it. Um because it’s a mineral. Spices hold their oils inside. So, I I need a little bit of this, a little bit of cayenne. I know. But it’s good for those of us who have inflammation issues. Yeah. Calamity. You inspire me because with your MMS, you still keep going. and I have a learning disability and have a bad back. And if you can do it, buddy. You’re welcome, love. That’s right. If I can do it, you guys can do it. So, we’re going to put just a little bit of this hot stuff in there. We’re talking about some hot baby this evening. Whoa. Donna Summer is in the house. Oh, Foxy Lady. Yeah, I like that song. You know who’s You know what? You’re the song man. You never come around anymore. How come? How come? And then I’m putting some garlic in here. Put a little bit more garlic just because, you know, the vampires might come around. Got to scave them off. A just keep pushing on the best way you can, Rebecca. That’s right, Rebecca. You do the best you can. And then when you You know what I suggest, Rebecca? I suggest you film yourself because when you see yourself on film, it’s much different from when you see yourself or you’re hearing, you know, you know, the um you know, the whole thing, you know, pinchy pinchy. Um but, uh I learned a lot about myself with filming myself. I learned that I could do more than what my brain was telling me I could do. So, um, give that a try. See if that works. It can happen. You’re welcome, love. You are so welcome. You are welcome. We’re going to put some paprika cuz it’s my favorite. Mhm. Yeah, the hot stuff, the red stuff gives it a little zing. And of course, we need some onion powder. Some onion. Woo! Onion powder. It is getting hot in there. I’ll put two here. And I got some pepper. [Music] And then I’m not going to do put the pepper in here because I have pepper in my cook. [Music] Oh god. Yeah, guys. I’m having to try and build up my um my um audience again because um I lost a lot of taken my darn it. [Music] We turn into a crash [Music] again. Okay. Okay. This is what we’re going to do about it. We’re going to keep an eye on it. How’s that? We’ll keep an eye on it. Yeah. So, [Music] oh goodness. Yeah, I lost a lot of my um viewers when I stopped going live regularly, but I had to. with a health issue and you know health and mental health and for me um mental health is just as important as your physical health because you know what your your brain it it dictates everything your body does for you and um it just has that stigma on it. Well, at least from when I grew up in the 70s and 80s, you know, and um but I think it’s um very important. Oh my gosh. It fell on. So, hold tight, guys. Hold tight. So, this is what I’m going to have to do. I’m going to have to get my glasses on again, guys. Okay. Let me get my glasses on and fix this. I’m gonna fix this. And you can watch me fix this. Okay. Um, [Music] I’m not real good with it. I’m still learning. Okay. Camera two, you’re off. So, camera one. Oh, no. Camera one, you need to come back. Come back to me. Okay. Okay. How’s that, guys? How’s that? Am I back? All right. I think I’m back. Okay, I’m back. Let’s get in the shot again cuz I’m back. Of course, if something had to happen, it happened every time. Okay. Okay. Let me back this up a little bit so you guys can see what the calamity is doing. Okay. So, let me set this aside just a moment and we’re going to blow my boxes. Pretty. You guys already have music on so you can just sing along. Yeah. And um I can’t I can’t cook for even though Prince’s Italian he does like it. Oh, what are you? What nationality are you? I am if you can tell mostly Irish mostly. And then the rest of me is Along Indian. Yeah, one of me is album from Indian and then the rest of me. [Music] Oh no. Oh, it’s in the spout. Oh, you put it in the salad. There we go. You guys couldn’t hear me this whole time. Oh, I’m very sorry about that. You know, things haven’t been working out lately for me since I went to this new system. But you know what? Everybody is going to this new system and people won’t watch you if you don’t have it. You know what I mean? So, the heck with it. That’s what I say, though. I’m fine with one camera. Yeah. But um No, you got to have this angle. You got to have that angle. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. What’s wrong with just one? Huh? So anyway. Okay. Here we go. Seasoning is going in. It is going in. Okay. actually I’ve got that song in my head now. I’m back in the saddle again. Okay, I like these one pot meals. Don’t you guys? They’re really nice, especially on um days like this. It’s cold and you know it’s a cold fall day. Cold fall, cloudy, gloomy day. And so this sounded good. Yeah, it did. Okay, so now um Oh, I need to get my sour cream and my milk. [Music] Sour cream [Music] milk. A boom. Boom. And let’s see. Oh my. Cheese. I need some cheese. Glorious cheese. How about KBY Jack? And along with No, we’re going to go cheddar and some fresh parm. What do you guys think about that? I think it’s good stuff. And let me tell you what, the cornbread that I made last night, off the chain. Off the chain. Yep. Okay. Move over bacon. Now there’s something meteor [Music] or leaner. Okay. Oops. Yeah. I’m kind of out of sorts today. I don’t know if you guys can tell. Um, husband’s not feeling well and not feeling all that great either. Yeah, you won’t eat risotto or corn beef and cabbage. Go figure. How come you don’t like it, eh? I can see you’re not liking the cabbage cuz it is kind of slimy once it’s cooked. But the corn beef, you don’t even like a corn beef sandwich with like a nice slice of pickle. I like that. There’s this place in California, Southern California in Culver City, and it’s called Johnny’s Pastrrami, and it’s been around since like 1948. And the the um waitresses are the original waitresses. And you know they have the beehive hairdo, you know, and the glasses and you know the flow. Kiss Margaret. That kind of a thing. Uh Mr. Quinn, my gosh, I didn’t even see you said many. Hi. You don’t need anything big. You just do you. It’s your channel. Don’t let anyone tell you different. That’s true. But, you know, I mean, you can’t stay in the 70s forever, even though I would like to. I like that decade. The 70s and 80s were awesome. Don’t you guys think? I think so, too. Let’s get some rice in here. I don’t know about three full cups cuz that’s that’s a lot. That’s what I’m thinking. It’s a lot. Okay. What do I need? I need to let the dog in. I just heard him. One second. [Music] Okay. From scratch, get on in here. Yeah. I’m just not feeling it today. You know, I don’t feel terrible, but I don’t feel great. You know, you know those feelings, they happen, right? I mean, I’m not the only one. Oh, I need a big spoon. That’s what I need. Okay. So, let’s eyeball this together. We’re going to start with this for now. And see what we think. What do you guys think? A little more. Calamity. They must be old if they are original waitresses just playing with you. You know what? I thought William May. I you got me thinking because I haven’t been there for about 30 years. 25 years. It’s been about 25 years. So, you know what? At the time when I went there, I’m glad you said that, May, because um at the time that I went there, they were the it seemed like they were the original ladies, you know, and Whoa. And they all had the Flo Kiss My Grit. If you know, you know. If you know Flo, you know. Do you guys know who Flo is. I was watching Alice uh not too long ago. Okay, now I think this is going to be enough. That’s enough of this stuff. Okay, let’s see. Yes, they do. Calamity, I’ve been sick for a week now. What the heck has me? It’s kicking your butt. Well, it’s been it’s been a while since I’ve been like sick sick. You know, my MS, it gets me quite a bit, but um it’s been a while since I have been a sicky sick sick. You know what I mean? Okay, let’s get some cheese grated. Yeah, I think that um just passed away. She did. Oh, I didn’t know that. God bless her soul. Oh, Lord. She’s in heaven now, too, huh? Okay, let me get my cheese grater. [Music] Okay. [Music] You know, I just realized it’s dawned on me. I’m I’m going to say for the past Oh, I don’t know. Um, 5 years. No, no, three maybe. Now we got to let the other dog in. My grumps, they they rule me over here, noodles. But this one, she’s pretty cute and sweet. So, I’ll do it for her. Come on, Noo-Noo. Gracie, get away. Stop it. Gracie thinks that she rules the roost of the place. Oh, okay. Yeah. Oh, flow. God bless her. I love me some flow. Okay. So, let’s get some of this going. But, you know what I was thinking about, you know, recent, you know, last couple years is, you know, um [Music] things are different now, you know, um like going out to a club or something like that. That doesn’t sound fun to me. I think sticking a needle in my eye sounds better. Just don’t, you know, and I was never a club girl anyway. If I did go, you know, do that. I I went to the small pubs, you know. I liked that atmosphere and uh you know, play some pool and, you know, that kind of stuff. Um, but uh, you know, my girlfriend, my best friend Vicki, she liked clubs and she dragged me along a couple times and it just wasn’t my atmosphere, you know, and but um, I’ve been watching, you know, watching the streamers and stuff and um, these club goers, the cops, [Music] the everybody out there, first responders ers um uh public everybody looks younger than me. So I decided that you know what it’s going to be like that and it’s their turn now. That’s what I’ve decided. Prayers for healing for you. A in the name of Jesus. Amen. I accept that. Thank you so much. Okay. Get your butt over here. Okay. Get you a little closer. Okay. And get that rice. Get you a little closer. And you know what? [Music] Oh, no. Stop. We don’t do that. They listened to me this time. This time. Oh my gosh. I stopped clubbing when I was diagnosed allergic to alcohol. Oh, you are? Okay. I don’t drink alcohol. Hey, Joe. Good to see you. You were way down my list. I got delete some channels I don’t watch. How are you? Oh, well, I hope you don’t delete me, Joe. I’m good. I’m good. I’m feeling a little bit under the weather, but other than that, you know, I’m good. I have a warm home. I’ve got more food to eat. I mean, have you seen me? Um, but uh I’m good. Thank you for asking. How are you? Let’s put some speculative um being overweight. How about some more cheese? Let’s put some more cheese in there. No, you’re not getting cheese. Scratchy, not you. So, get out of here, you you scavengers. [Music] Okay, these guys are scavengers. Get go. I always give you something, Gracie. Go. Get out. Ow. Ow. Out. Scratchy. Out. Out. Thank you. Okay. [Music] Did you see that? Oh, she took off like the lightning. So, we’ll just leave it off. Okay. I like a little bit of fresh palm with um cheddar cheese. It always tastes so good. Yeah. Okay, let’s go. Yeah. Yesterday, um we made a chili white chili. Um uh green chili ch green green green green chicken chili green chili. We made one chili with green with green stuff in it and um jalapenos and it was delicious. But I made this cornbread you guys. Holy smokes was it wonderful. It had well you guys saw everything that went in it and um well I used the cream and oh my gosh it was really really good. It was a little crumbly but you didn’t care because you just made sure some chili was on top of that baby. Yeah, it was really good. Okay, that’s about enough of that. I’ve had about enough of you. my soul. You had to be soft in your stuff and that’s not good for what? What’ you say? Oh, I need my glasses. I um can somebody chat one more time so he goes up so I can read his full thing, please. [Music] Oh, yeah. Oh, that’s bums me out that I lost a lot of my audience, but that’s okay. I’ll build back up. Um because it had to be soft. So a lot I can’t see that word and stuff. That’s not good for you. I don’t know. But that word is missing. The word is missing, Joe. The word is missing. Okay. [Music] I don’t think I’ll stir this around with this. And I’ve got my oven already preheated. That’s why it’s getting hot in here. Oh my gosh. I love now see my mother-in-law used to make this a lot but she used to use minute rice and she would put it in um you know uncooked and uh she I don’t remember her you her using freshly grated cheeses um Yeah, I don’t remember that. But anyway, what she made it was good. And then I found a recipe for it. It’s good. And I asked my mother-in-law for it, the recipe, and she says, “Oh, it’s really easy. You just do this and this and this.” Okay, thanks. [Music] Okay, how much milk should I put in here? How much milk do you guys think? Where’s my glasses? [Music] If I had my glasses, I would know. I would know. Well, that’s okay. I know. about It’s about almost a cup of milk. We’re also going to put some sour cream in here, too. Yeah. And um but [Music] along with our cream of chicken soup. [Music] Now, if it were up to me, I would have made cream of chicken soup. But it wasn’t up to me cuz I wasn’t feeling all that great. So, I didn’t Oh, Joe, never ever am I glad you are good and I’m doing better. I have carpal tunnel surgery and I started the shot and changed my diet to lose weight. I spent 3 months fixing my teeth and I put on like 50 lbs. Oh my gosh. You know, I’m in the middle of dental work, too. Yeah. because it had to be soft and a lot of pasta and stuff. That’s not good for you at all. I understand now. Um I had my teeth done over 3 months and ate a lot of mac and cheese. Oh. Oh, you went for the processed food. Yeah. And I gained 50 lbs. I need to take off. So, I switched my life around healthy and back on my CPAP. You know what, Joe? I’m supposed to wear a CPAP and I can’t do it. It flips me out. So, I told my husband, I said, “Guess what? I know how I’m gonna die. I’m going to die in my sleep because I’m not wearing that that CPAP.” And he just looked at me and shook his head. Yeah. So, so I’m just um you know, stirring this all around. And then of course I still have this [Music] No, stop. Stop. Stop it. Scratch it. You better stop it right now. Yeah. Um I forgot what I was talking about. [Music] Oh, FedEx. Huh. Maybe they’re coming here with my glasses. I’m hoping [Music] FedEx. Maybe it’s my new glasses. Oh, that would be nice. [Music] Um because my other glasses they were lost and so I complained. I turned into a Karen. Maybe it’s my glasses. Okay. And then now we’re going to put in about a half a cup of sour cream. So let me find something clean. How about this thing? says a half a cup on it. We can do that. We can do it. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, you guys, over this long weekend, I’m supposed to be working on videos, but I will get my whole system uh squared away for my um uh my two chats because I mean, it’s it’s kind of fun, isn’t it? It’s kind of fun when you know how to do it. Was it my glasses? You don’t know. Oh. Oh. Oh, it’s chewy for the dogs. Oh, yeah. They are going a little um batso. [Music] Batfish crazy. Batfish crazy. Okay, so here we go. Now that is looking good, ain’t it? [Music] Look at that. Okay. So now, [Music] now I’m just going to kind of smash it down there. And then I’ll get in the meantime then I’ll get like my um uh cracker crumbs, you know, and stuff to put them on top, you know, make it, you know, nice and fun with the with the cheese. Cheese. Okay. Where’s my lid from my Dutch oven? Here it is. And that is going to cook for [Music] um 25 to 30 minutes. Yeah. But it might um cook a little bit faster because I have it in the Dutch oven. Might be just, you know, 3 or 4 minutes faster. I love this thing. Oh, I love it. And then Auntie May, she got me another one that I cook bread in a lot. Okay, my timer 20 minutes. So, at the top of the hour, okay, I wish I had a magic one to show you, but I don’t have a magic one to show you. But what I will have is um uh uh pictures on my community page because I’m really not feeling all that great you guys. And so since we got dinner thrown together and in the oven, I think that I did pretty good. What do you guys think? May says, “I make a casserole like that. It’s great.” It was a Trisha Yearwood recipe. Does yours have cooked rice in it? Yes. Yeah, exactly like that. But mine has some cooked cooked rice. Yeah. Um, it might not be as uh it might be a little bit um I don’t want to say soggier, but it might not it might be a little bit what what’s a good word for mushy or soggy? Oh, I don’t know. I don’t know. Well, you guys, I love you and I promise by next week I’ll have it together. I’ll be feeling better. Husband will be feeling better and we’ll have a great show for you. So, but I promised yesterday I’d be here today. So, here I am. I love you all. Thanks, guys. Okay. Oh, I do. [Music] Okay. Oh my gosh, I can’t So,
