This was my first time making Vietnamese shaking beef, and it was amazing! The beef was marinated in soy sauce, sugar, and lemongrass. The veggies are onions sautéed after searing the beef, with watercress and tomatoes. Nuoc mam was also poured over the beef and veggies. One of my new favorite meals.
