



Made a pork roast Thursday and got the craving for tacos so I swung by the Mexican market on the way home Friday evening and stocked up. Corn tortillas, jalapeños, green onions, limes, salsa taquera, pre-marinated el pastor and some chopped carne de taco with a container of red seasoning and a mango for the kid. Froze the beef since I already had pork from carnitas.
