    Did the phyllo dough stay crunchy in the ice cream? Much like a waffle cone piece in ice cream?

    Also, did you use a vanilla based ice cream or something else to complement the baklava flavor?

    Do you feel like the effort to make the baklava first made a difference to the ice cream or would just cooking the individual piece / incorporating ingredients have resulted in a similar flavor?ย

    I tried baklava with vanilla ice cream for the first time this summer in Greece, itโ€™s so good! Although without the ice cream I donโ€™t really like it
