Some of my better detroit pies. I think I need to use less water or a stronger flour to get more oven spring (80% hydro + 5% oil), but these were incredibly tasty.

    That makes me feel like learning how to do it. Once I made a Sicilian pizza, I know it is not like a proper Detroit pizza, but it’s kind of a cousin.
