this was bomb for a light breakfast, i switched rolled oats for rye flakes bc they have more fibre apparently (and they're lower cal), didnt even know they were a thing, 30g are 95 cals for me

Fiber one cereal is super low calorie filling and tons of fiber to keep you regular. Portion is 2/3 of a cup but the high fiber makes it filling and only for 90 calories. You could do a full cup if still hungry for not too much more
