Hey, what’s up everyone? Today we’re making a super simple, healthy, and incredibly delicious lentil salad. You’ll love this one. First, you’ll need to wash your lentils and get them boiling. While those cook, we’ll chop up some onion and garlic. You can dice them as small or as large as you like, whatever your preference is. Once the lentils are cooked, drain them and add your chopped onion. You can use any kind of onion you want. Red or white, it’s totally up to you. Next, we’ll add three cloves of minced garlic, some dried herbs. I’m using dried basil and parsley, but feel free to use what you have. I’m also adding a little bit of red chili pepper for some kick. Finally, we’ll add some vinegar and olive oil. You can use any other kind of oil you prefer if you’d like. Now, about the herbs, you can absolutely swap the dried ones for fresh. If you use fresh, I highly recommend cilantro for an amazing flavor. This salad is delicious served warm or cold. Just plate it up and dig in. It’s so good, you have to try it for yourself.
