We’ll cover preparing the oats, layering everything beautifully, and chilling it to perfection. Get ready to enjoy a customizable and nutritious meal that’s incredibly easy to put together. Let’s get started on this delightful recipe. To begin, gather your essential ingredients. You’ll need about 1/2 cup of rolled oats. These provide the best texture. Next, select 1 cup of your preferred yogurt. Whether it’s a creamy Greek yogurt or a plant-based alternative. Don’t forget your fresh fruit. About 1/2 cup of berries or sliced fruit adds natural sweetness and nutrients. Finally, grab a 16oz jar or bowl for assembling your delicious creation. Now, let’s combine and layer your ingredients. Start by mixing 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1/2 cup of milk or water in a small bowl. Let this mixture soak for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight in the refrigerator. Once the oats are softened, spoon half of them into the bottom of your jar. Then, gently add a layer of about 1/2 cup of your chosen yogurt directly over the oats, creating a smooth base.
