

10lbs of farmers sausage on the grill. Equal parts kosher salt & pepper. Pork. (1.5% weight salt, measure out pepper accordingly). We’ll be freezing then cooking it before consumption, so no need for cure… pepperoni on deck. Great rainy fall activity.
