Its very rare, a bit too rare for myself. But i guess it is ok

None of the internal fat rendered. Would this be considered rare, blue, or only seared?

Strange. Nice crust, but the inside is no Bueno.

Family of vampires! It looks like a lovely setup, regardless of steak wellness. I’m very pleased to see that your family was able to eat so well. Congratulations, my friend!

  5. Eh you know what you like, would still eat this but I imagine the fst was chewy

Biggest portion of tartare I’ve ever seen

All about preference, I guess. I would’ve done a few mins in the oven after the sear personally

It looks dry, over cooked and under cooked at the same time.

Thats not even rare… that’s just raw with a sear.

American beef is superior to European for steak

Time to tell my wife it’s time to get a 2nd mortgage on the house just so I can afford a bite of that steak

I’d eat that! After I cooked it first, but you be you 🙂

I was with you right to that last pic. Please, some single malt that’s old enough to drink itself.

Carpaccio, basically. I love carpaccio. I would put it in my mouth hole.

It’s rank looking. Full of horrible chewy stringy bits.

Love posts like this. It shows how little people know about meat from their comments lol
