This will last around 10 days, I put the baked oats and 4 meals on the fridge and the rest I’ve put in the freezer. I prefer to make a diversity of meals so we don’t get bored

    Mozarella chicken and Sweet Potato:
    Stuffed the chicken breast with fresh mozarella and spinach, sweet potatoes roasted in the oven with red onion

    Turkey and peas stew:
    Basically threw everything on the pot, onion, garlic, potatoes, turkey and then the peas for the last 5 minutes

    Vegetable and mozarella pasta:
    Roasted some vegetables and blended them together, put fresh mozarella and spinach to finish

    Tuna couscous:
    Red onion, tomatoes, parsley, corn, green onions, roasted chickpeas & cauliflower, canned tuna
    Tahini dressing: tahini, honey, lime and water

    Soup: just roasted vegetables blended together, I used carrot, pumpkin, zucchini, tomatoes, onion and garlic

    Baked oats:
    Oats, banana, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, eggs, cinnamon and the chocolate ones I just put a bit of cacau powder

    Everything looks amazing! Please only use glass containers for your foods, especially if you’re going to reheat them in the microwave.
