I've been trying a diet for most of my life, but new to doing it in a way that seem to be working. I wanted to share a breakfast I've been enjoying recently.

  • 4 oz Envy apple (~80 calories)
  • 2.5 oz Catalina Crunch cereal (220 calories, 22 protein
  • 6 oz Fage 0% yogurt (90 calories, 19 protein)
  • Roastaroma tea with a splash of soymilk (10 calories)

I mix the apple, cereal, and yogurt together when I eat it, it's just not as photogenic that way 😅.

Unsolicited tip – not having coffee keeps my my blood sugar level from dropping later and feeling hungry even when I'm not. For caffeine I've been having half of a caffeine pill in the morning, which feels super weird, but my acid reflux symptoms seem to be triggered by coffee or yerba mate, but not caffeine itself. Half a pill (~100 mg) doesn't make me gross or jittery. I'll have between 300-400 mg a day, ending before 3 pm usually.
