Okay. Now, you’ve got all of this here, but tell me about what’s in this little container. And this little container is homemade cranberry sauce. Girl, you know I’m going to eat that. And once you’ve had homemade cranberry sauce, you will never buy the can again. And it’s really simple to make. Um, all these recipes are going to be available. So, everybody will be able to get these recipe cards if they want to get them. Um, because it really helps when you have the access to the recipes. So, this is just good oldfashioned homemade crab sauce. Now listen, Renee, would that be in your This is a 21-day journey. This is more of the holiday meals. Okay. So, that would not be This is for helping people to transition cuz we just have finished Thanksgiving. So, now we’re going into Christmas time. Would this be so Christmy? Yes, it would be. Oh, I love it. Now, tell me how what you sweetened that with. I sweeten that with maple syrup. Maple syrup. Maple syrup is better to use than using processed because you’re using whole foods. You can use maple syrup. Um, and because it’s holiday, if you want to use some raw sugar, you can use raw sugar for that. Use raw sugar. You can use raw sugar. And um, like for the macaroni and cheese, most people love macaroni and cheese. I have celiac, so I can’t have gluten. So, this pasta is made out of corn, which corn is a plant-based food. And instead of using regular traditional cheese, I used a plant-based cheese by Follow Your Heart. It’s made from soy, which is still a plant. Um, I use a plant-based sour cream in it. And I use plant-based milk. So I have two different types of milk. I have soy milk and then I have almond milk. That’s I love. That’s what I use almond milk. Yes. And everyone’s palette is different. I prefer the soy over the almond cuz it’s creamier. Um I’m going to make some icing um for our dessert. We don’t have cookies. Yes, we do. We have black bean cookies. I want I tell you y’all, you need I wish they could be here to smell these. They’re Yes. Oh lord. Those are black bean cookies. I’m going to make a ginger icing cuz I was asked to make gingerbread cookies, but I wasn’t able to. So, you’re making and these are yams. icing. Okay. Now, this has got a little more um juice fluid. So, yes, because those are are candy yams. I actually used um instead of using water, um I actually used a little cranberry juice and I used um molasses instead of using sugar. And so there’s cinnamon and vanilla and nutmeg and um a little bit of clove cuz all those vitam all those um spices have medicinal purposes. So I use that in there. And antioxidants here. Lot of phytonutrients. Yes. Very good. AB. Absolutely. Lot of fiber too. Yes.
