This place sells their pho as a boiling caldron of broth with two giant beef ribs and a few beef meatballs inside. It comes with a side of raw sliced beef, your choice of thin or wide noodles, and a side of the usual pho herbs. It was a delicious and fun eating experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some beefy pho. Their eggrolls and bun cha are pretty good too.
Service was good but a bit slow. Free parking in the lot and on the street. Cash or card accepted. 8/10
Check out Da Vien next door for good Vietnamese coffee. There’s also Bake & Che nearby if you want some legit Vietnamese desserts.

Loving the recommendation! I’ve been meaning to try this spot out – thanks for the warm words, literally!
Yum!!

I rarely see anyone ordering one of those beef rib pho as they usually cost more than $20. Though it has been in the pho scene in the oc, I feel it was made for Instagram than tasting good. I have had beef rib pho at sup noodle bar in oc before.

Yeah parking in the lot is harder than teaching your buddies to say “pho” without giggling
Honestly imo I think it’s just ok. More of an ig trend. Both times I had it broth seemed a bit greasy, meat was a bit tough and the raw meats they brought out didn’t look all that fresh.
Is not bad, but also not great. I feel Bahn Me Che Cali has better basic pho down the street.
Wow! Sign me up!
