Awesome job! Could use some eggs either mixed in or sunnyside on top. I would also suggest adding the seasoned gim bits you can get at the Asian grocery store. And if you want to go the extra step, flatten it out evenly in the pan and let the bottom get all fried and crispy. Adds great texture. Also works well with the Korean spicy pork belly (and/or spam)
