Incredible. I have no idea how you got that much color on them while still cooking them med rare.
They sell lamb racks at Trader Joe’s for like $20. And then you cut them into meat lollipops like you have here. Easily one of the best things off the grill. Might be No. 1 tbh.

I’ve had lamb before but I grilled pre assembled kabobs from the market. Looks good I’m ready for the next level with chops.
