  1. My written recipe:

Vegan Black Bean Balls (makes around 25)
Ingredients:
2x 400g cans black beans (drained and rinsed),
1 onion (chopped),
1 cup (120g) breadcrumbs,
1 tbsp (10g) minced garlic,
1/2 tsp (2g) pepper,
1 tbsp (20ml) soy sauce,
Method:
1. Drain and rinse the canned black beans, then add to the food processor with the breadcrumbs.
2. Roughly chop onion and add to food processor.
3. Season with garlic, soy sauce and pepper.
4. Process mixture until combined.
5. Take a large spoonful of the mixture, roll into balls, then place on an oven tray or into an air fryer.
6. Oven bake/air fry for 30-40 minutes at 200C/390F or panfry until golden brown all over the outside.
7. The black bean balls will be crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
8. Serve as a plant-based meatball with a dipping sauce or as vegan spaghetti and meatballs. Enjoy!
