  1. 🥗 Quinoa Salad (Easy Recipe)
    Ingredients:
    1 cup quinoa
    1¾ cups water
    1 cucumber (chopped)
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    ½ red onion (chopped)
    Some coriander or parsley
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Steps:
    Cook quinoa in water with salt cover it till soft, then cool it.
    Mix quinoa with cucumber, tomato, onion, and herbs.
    Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    Toss well and serve chilled.
