  1. 🦐 Stuffed Mushrooms with Shrimp, Crab & Garlic Herb Butter
AKA “The Crab Cake Disguised as a Mushroom”
    Story
Normally, I make stuffed mushrooms the classic way—with cheese, onions, and all that comfort-food goodness. But this time, I went rogue and added seafood. Shrimp, crab, and my favorite Golden Steer Garlic Herb Butter took these little bites to another level. Honestly, they taste just like mini crab cakes in mushroom form. So yeah—big success. Fancy appetizer, zero effort.

    🕒 Prep & Cook Time

    🍄 Ingredients
12 medium mushrooms (stems removed and chopped)

6–8 shrimp, deveined, tails removed, and chopped

2 tbsp Golden Steer Garlic Herb Butter (plus extra for topping)

½ tsp Golden Steer salt & pepper seasoning (or your favorite mix)

    3 tbsp cream cheese

    1 tbsp chopped parsley

    2 tbsp bread crumbs

    ⅓ cup crab meat (chopped)

    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

    Lemon slices, for serving

    🔥 Instructions
Prep the mushrooms: Remove the stems, chop them finely, and set aside.

Cook the filling: Heat garlic butter in a skillet. Sauté the chopped mushroom stems for 2–3 minutes, then add shrimp and the seasoning mix. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Make the stuffing: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley, bread crumbs, crab meat, Parmesan, and the cooked shrimp-mushroom mixture. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Stuff ‘em: Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. Add a small dab of garlic butter on top of each one.

Air fry: Arrange stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, until golden on top.

Serve: Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if you’re feeling fancy.

    🔥 Tip
Use larger mushrooms if you want more “crab cake” than “mushroom.” Or make mini ones for party bites—they disappear faster than you can say “seafood upgrade.”
