We’re still able to take orders, tickets say printed offline though so I’m not sure how that will affect the payment. Possibly just charging at a later date.

Nah Tonic though, and so far everyone but me has been able to clock in today 😂 but the last two who left weren’t able to clock out. Bartender had to force restart the computer, manager had to actually go online and manually clock me in.

Anyone know if the servers/bartenders can still run their shift? My GM is worried the drawer is gonna be a shit show.

And why is there a government shutdown stopping paychecks? Like don’t the gop control the supreme court, the Senate and majority hold in the house of representatives? Now I know it sounds paranoid *but* who’s to say this isn’t some how some part of a new shake down they fabricate? Destabilize the citizens connection to big Internet’s free speech network to justify charging premiums for a stable connection and price out the poor’s, monitor and maintain the narrative fueling class division and slide wedge issues into every crack… It sounds crazy but seriously taking internet away via pay barriers from low class persons would destroy so much civil harmony and bring so much ugly that I fear they find some way to make it look profitable enough for tech to let it happen.
At this point I wish it all was a big ol’ nothing burger instead of… well *this*.
