I am going over pretty much every day this month, trying to stay at maintenance at least.

My goal for this month is to cut myself off from any added sugar (brownies, my love, I miss you) because I was having cravings and eating dessert every single day. I was hungry all the time because I was focusing on high calorie foods.

So I'm not avoiding naturally occurring sugars or carbs, just food with added sugar.

If you have advice (like watch out for high fructose corn syrup) I'd appreciate it!

Honestly, if sugar is your issue, I would just cut your pb and the creamer in half. The creamer for sure as it has very minimal nutritional benefits. What %age is your milk? If whole milk, try skim, or half it. That’s a lot of calories. Other than the oats, almost everything else is sugar/and or very high calories. Pb at least has protein. 620 calories is half your daily amount. Think volume. Maybe try a lower calorie fruit later in the day as a snack (like strawberries). Also, I would cut out the butter and oil. I use a spray if I’m cooking.. Minimize dips as well. They are a killer. I would try to up the veggies and protein and lower the fats. Herbs and spices may help quite a bit.

Concentrate protein and fat. If you take a magnesium supplement it’ll help with chocolate cravings. I learnt that I’ve from my natural therapist. 💖

Just buy keto brownies. Like quest brownies. You will thank me! They are delicious and keep you much more satiated then these carb heavy items you have like banana and oatmeal. Seems like you are suffering to only stay staving with tons of natural carbs. Plus you get to eat what you actually want if you eat the keto version of it! Look at the whole quest line up, they have muffins and cookies too. They are full of protein so they keep you full.

Cinnamon!!! Seriously! Slicing an apple and eating slices is fine. Sprinkling a bit of cinnamon on the slices makes them taste sweeter and like dessert. I like dicing apples and mixing them with high protein Greek yogurt – on its own it’s not very good. Add a healthy sprinkling of cinnamon and it’s suddenly sweet and delicious. Same with many other fruits. Also, roasted bananas are super sweet, add cinnamon and they become a delicious dessert. Basically, add cinnamon to any fruit to make it taste sweeter and more “sugary”
