Total cook time 5 hours. 3 hours at 250, tossed in an aluminum pan with butter/bbq sauce/ apple cider vinegar, covered for an hour. Uncover toss and finished for 20 minutes at 275.

Didn’t love the flavor this time around but they turned out how I wanted in terms of bark/tenderness.

    Skip the apple cider vinegar, use apple juice, honey and brown sugar in the pan!

    Don’t look up the nutrition facts and calorie content of them. It’s *way* worse than you think considering how many you could probably eat if you were pretty hungry.
