
Girl lunch/toddler plate but nicely balanced.
50g frozen raspberries (you can do fresh, it’s just what i had).
52g of celery (2 celery stalks cut into 2)
20g of baby carrots (1.5 baby carrots, but you can substitute for more celery, I just need to eat up my carrots lol).
60g cooked organic brown rice (I ate some of it before this pic though 😅)
2 deli slices of kirkland 99% nonfat Turkey
1 brazil nut (about 3-3.75 grams)
Volume maxing definitely helps keep calories down but also balanced with all the major food groups. 🙂

One of my go to snacks is wrapping deli meat and cheese around celery sticks, surprisingly satisfying.
