Crystal’s fine dining restaurant Osterio d’Ovidio will debut new tasting menus.

Three tasting menus will be available on Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.

The menus have been specially created by Michelin–starred chefs.

Dine like an Italian king at Osteria d’Ovidio when you next board Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity as the six-star restaurant will unveil new exquisite dishes created by Michelin-starred chefs.

Serving classic Italian dishes like eggplant with tomato sauce and mozzarella, saffron risotto with licorice powder and beef tartare with black truffle, Crystal guests will be able to savour these heavenly dishes carefully collaborated by three famous chefs, Massimiliano, Raffaele and Giovanni Alajmo.

“Each dish we’ve created for Osteria d’Ovidio is a chapter in a story — one that celebrates the beauty, simplicity and depth of Italian cuisine,” said Chef Raffaele. “We wanted to craft a menu that evokes emotion, transports guests to the heart of Italy and pays homage to the rich culinary traditions that inspire us. The new menu will take fine dining onboard Crystal’s two luxury ships to the next level and complement its other famous restaurants, Umi Uma and Beefbar.

Guests dining at Osteria d’Ovidio will be able to indulge in an adventure of tastes, selecting dishes from three, new tasting menus.
