

Kkosyong/Cochon Tonkatsu
Only one piece of the pork cutlet, small miso soup, bowl of rice, side of salad, few pieces of pickled radish and tonkatsu sauce for dipping.
Been writing it down as 950 cals but I’m thinking it may be around 1,150 instead or smth… Thoughts ?

250 for the rice, 500-600 max for the cutlet. 900-1000 for everything is very reasonable
