Diving into the world of a higher peotein diet, i never really thought to add more to my protein shakes, till just now…why not add 2 servings of collagen protein to get more protein out of a little more volume?

A dash of vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon
1tbsp honey 🍯
1/4 cup kefir 🥛
1/4 cup almond milk 🥛
