Quick demonstration of making a classic Israeli salad

Start with a ripe tomato. Dice it small. Do the same with a crisp cucumber. Mince a bit of red onion for bite. Chop fresh parsley right over the bowl. Dress with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until it shine.
