You are about to witness the dreamiest spinach artich choke dip. And it is so easy to make, too. Starting with some sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, griier, parmesan cheese, fried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper. This one is optional, but some crushed red pepper flakes. We’re going to drain a can of artichoke hearts. Just a rough chop. You’ll want to squeeze out as much liquid from this as you can. I like to mix together the cheeses and seasonings before I add the spinach and artich chokes. Then add your spinach and artich chokes. Mix that again. Grease the inside of your crock pot. Add the dip. So cover and cook on low about 1 to two hours and stir every 30 minutes so that it cooks evenly and doesn’t burn. Look at that cheese.
