If money’s tight, but you want to make something for a get together or a sweet treat for yourself. I have just the thing. Ice Krispie treats are so easy to make and you only need a few ingredients. So, let’s make them together. This is everything you need. I’ll put the recipe up on the screen. The first thing we’re going to do is get our butter and get that melting in the pot. As I did have to borrow some things from my parents house. Shut up. Make sure to keep the temperature low so you don’t burn the butter and the marshmallows. Got the store brand cereal. It only cost $2 compared to $5. That’s crazy. All the butter’s melting. I’m going to measure out the six cups of cereal I need. you make these, everything moves very fast, so it’s important to have everything ready to go. Now that the butter’s melted, the next step is the marshmallows. Did find store brand marshmallows as well. It was only 99 cents a bag compared to $2 per bag. Not take, but I feel like store brand typically is very close to the name brand. Why you’re paying a couple dollars more is kind of crazy. Of course, we had to have a dance party while the marshmallows melt. Remember to keep the temperature low and we got fancy with some vanilla. Don’t need a lot. I only use a cap’s worth. Honestly, at this stage, you can make them any flavor you want, so you could customize it for what you’re looking for. Once all the marshmallows are melted, I added the cereal. And then I added more marshmallows. Adding them in at this step is going to add some marshmallowy pockets when you bite into it, which is so tasty. Moments like this, I wish I had a boyfriend because this was very tough to do on my own. When you’re spreading them out, make sure you don’t pat them down because they’ll become dense. Obviously, you want these to be nice and airy. Of course, I had to do a taste test, but this is what it should look like. Let it sit for about 15 minutes before cutting them. Just wanted everything to get set in place. Do your best to cut them as evenly as possible. And voila, just like that, you have some tasty homemade Rice Krispie treats. Only costs a few bucks to make this and I still have more left over that I can make another time. They’re so good and they’re so easy to make, especially that you don’t have to bake anything in the oven. Got my Happy Dance approval. Try these out the next time you have to make something for work or a get together. Thanks for watching. I love you.

That cereal might be two dollars if you found it at Dollar tree but then you got the marshmallows that whole thing probably cost just under $10. If you got everything at Dollar tree not at the grocery store if we go someplace like Walmart, a box of rice crispies is a little over three dollars now just for the cereal
Single here
I add peanut butter and chocolate chips
Browning the butter elevates the Rice Krispies as well. Takes a little more time but costs zero dollars and you don’t waste money because that’s stupid
Anything store brand is usually the same as the one with a good brand, the only thing you're paying extra because you're paying for the Brand's name which is usually somebody else's name. But regular store brown stuff is exact same product. Because they didn't give it a name brand, people think it's like worse but it's not
Bradley you're a chef right ? Why don't you make baked goods and sell them?? 🤔💰
❤❤
I grew up poor and we only had generic products. When I could afford name brand there was either no difference or I didnt like the difference.
Pop tarts are gross to me. And like why dont they put the flavor on the wrapper??? Meanwhile off brands like toastems or store brand are absolutely delightful and the wrappers show the flavor.
Store brand hamburger helper is my go to the name brand tastes saltier. Not better flavor, not better seasoned, just salt.
The only items I insist be name brand are my toilet paper, paper towels, and my detergents.
very sweet🎉
Will try ❤… thank u 🥰😘
You shouldn't have any problem not having a bf. Definitely a cutie.
Next time oil or use cooking spray on your spatula it won’t stick and you’ll get a better smooth top from it
Now I am craving them…adding the ingredients to the shopping list. 😊
Yassss I love this idea. I usually do brownies because it's 2 dollars on sale and I don't mind putting two eggs into it. So I take that to parties and people love it when I make it. I'm gonna try this next. I know they'll love it.
Best demo evER on rice crispies ❤
I only buy branded stuff if they don’t do a store brand or it’s on special. Most cases there is practically no difference and anyone who refuses to buy store brand is a fool especially in this economy
I never used vanilla before
You look good in blue!! ❤
Best rice crispy treats ever 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👄👄👄👄🫦🫦🫦🫦
Put oil or cooking spray on your spatula. They don't stick to it❤
Quick recipe, 1/2 stick butter, 4 cups marshmallows, 5 cups cereal
I just bought some tonight-my mom used to make them when I was a kid. Cheating on price here, Bradley!😂
Shoprite. Love.
If y’all dont feel comfortable (or have the energy for it) the microwave is your best friend for melting the marshmallows! I usually put it in at 30 seconds, then stir, then another 30 seconds. You can also look online for recipes involving the microwave as well- sincerely a lazy baker
Love❤🎉
Melted chocolate on top is delicious if you have the budget
I saw you today I. Honolulu.
I always wonder why I don't make these more often!
I'll be your friend
