Brown rice: make two cups in my aroma rice cooker

Tilapia: pat dry two fillets with paper towel, then rub with a tiny bit of oil and coat in cajun seasoning, black pepper, and little bit of msg. sear on both sides in a cast iron on medium high heat until internal temperature reads 145F

Cauliflower: wash and chop into florets, then spray with olive oil and air fry at 350 until tender and starting to brown and crisp up. These turn out so much better in the air fryer than the oven, imo.

Shanghai bok choy: wash, then chop into bite size pieces. heat oil in a large skillet on medium high, then add bok choy and toss in the oil. add 2tbsp water to help it cook. when the greens are wilted down and stems are tender, add minced garlic and mix thoroughly. continue cooking until the garlic is done, about 2 more minutes
