Made a post yesterday of a grilled cheese I made. Everyone said it was undercooked so now I return with what might be the 4th best grilled cheese I’ve ever made.

    I thought your first one was fine, sometimes you just want a greaser grilled cheese sans char. This one is still light but once again, purists are a pain anywhere.

    Like when I hear about “leopard spotting” or “char” being good on pizza, I roll my eyes a bit. They’re burned.
