Streamed brioche, split all beef dogs griddled in bacon fat, bacon, shredded cheddar, bbq sauce, fried onions.

    Brioche is overrated and never ever needs to be used for burgers and dogs… Ever.

    I’ll take all the rest on a regular hot dog bun though.

    I’d toss on either pickled, or fried jalapeno pepper slices. Sounds like I’m gonna have to try these.

    Interesting.

    I’ve always used Martins hot dog buns, Angus beef hot dogs, Pepper Jack cheese and Sticky Fingers Original BBQ sauce.

    For the life of me, I couldn’t find anyone else that enjoyed similar hot dogs until right now.

    These look pretty good!
