The little guy, rolled vertically with rice on the inside is hosomaki, on the outside it is uramki, and place the nori horizontally it is called futomaki, whether rice is inside or outside.

The small one is hosomaki ( single ingredient with seaweed outside )
Rice on the outside is multiple ingredient ,called uramaki

That’s a “traditional” Japanese maki zushi. Uramaki was created in the US, not originated in Japan. A sushi chef in CA created it so that Americans would eat nori without seeing it. They didn’t like “the black thing” back then. LOL

Wait what’s futomaki then? I remember my local sushi restaurant had that on the menu.
