✅ Ingredients:

Vine leaves (fresh or jarred)
Rice (short grain preferred)
Onion (finely chopped)
Olive oil
Fresh herbs: parsley, dill, mint
Salt, pepper
Lemon slices

⏱ Directions:
Rinse vine leaves & blanch if fresh.
Mix rice, onion, herbs, olive oil & seasoning.
Place a spoonful on each leaf, fold & roll tightly.
Layer in a pot with lemon slices, cover with water & olive oil.
Simmer gently until rice is cooked. Serve warm or cold with extra lemon! 🍋
