It's a bunch of random red chillies. Definitely have no idea about the type. Made Indonesian shrimp paste sambal and the kitchen smells so freaking amazing.

Ingredients:
Red chillies, garlic, shallots, tomatoes, shrimp paste, palm sugar / white sugar, salt, msg (optional).

Preparation:
Fry everything in oil. Starting from the garlic & shallot, drain them. Then tomatoes, drain them. Finally the chillies (cut them first or they can explode).

Put them all into food processor. Add the shrimp paste, sugar, salt, msg and blend.

After that, put the blended paste back in the pan & fry until the oil split and you're done. You need to keep stirring.

Best paired with fresh cucumber, cabbage, fried fish, fried egg.

Can eat this all day every single day. Not joking.
