    That looks delicious. Baked twice with pumpkin. 1 cake and cookies. Both are okay but not worth to do it again.
    But this looks so good

    Sorry for the wait! Here’s the recipe!I don’t have an oven so I’m trying to taste what I can and can’t do in the air fryer! So far, you can make EVERYTHING in it. The cake is super moist, the top is hella cumrchu, it’s super easy and quick to bake.
    Also, I meant “test” in the title, haha English isn’t my first language. Sorry 😅

    Ingredients

    * 100 g brown sugar
    * 60g white sugar
    * 260g flour
    * 1 tsp baking soda
    * 1 tsp baking powder
    * 1 tsp salt
    * Loads of cinnamon
    * 2 eggs
    * 150g brown butter
    * 120ml heavy cream
    * 300g pumpkin purée
    * 30ml oil

    Crumble top

    * 150f flour
    * 50g cold butter
    * 1 Tbsp white sugar
    * Pinch of cinnamon

    Optional – cinnamon swirl butter

    * 90g of the cake dough
    * 25g melted butter
    * 1 Tbsp white sugar
    * Loads of cinnamon

    Start by melting the butter in a little sauce pan over medium heat. Occasionally stir and let it turn a nice golden amber colour. When done, set it aside to chill for 15mins.

    In a bowl, put both sugars, two eggs and the cooled down butter. Mix well. Then add, pumpkin purée, oil, and heavy cream. Once the batter is silky smooth, add all the dry ingredients. If you decide to make the cinnamon swirl,
    Put 90g of the batter in a small bowl, add melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. It should make a thick paste.

    Pour the batter in your baking pan, add the cinnamon paste and make lil twirls with a knife.
    Set your air fryer to 175C on baking setting, bake for 15mins.

    In the meantime, make the crumble topping.
    Once 15mins is up, add the crumble topping, put aluminium foil over the cake, otherwise it’s gonna fly everywhere inside your air fryer. This also helps not burning the top of your cake. Bake for another 30mins at 175C.
    You know it’s done, insert a toothpick, it should come out dry but looking a bit shiny from moisture.
