In Europe, the arugula option is everywhere. My family likes it that way. Me, not so much, or actually at all, but to each her own. That said, that pizza looks great!

Edit: hey folks try my fav pizza: a few salami picante, a few sliced mushrooms, and then immediately after bake: bresaola, walnuts, parmigianino shavings – like the one in this post. 100% awesome
