Fredericksburg, Texas Food & Wine Festival Kicks Off with Style and Flavor!
Fredericksburg’s premier culinary celebration is officially underway, and there’s still time to join the fun. The 2025 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is a six-day showcase of Texas flavors, hospitality, and fine wine — and it’s already off to a spectacular start.
One of the early highlights, The Vineyard Table at Elk & Main, was a sold-out evening honoring Hill Country hospitality, women in wine, and the launch of Jeri Lynne Clifford’s new cookbook. Guests enjoyed thoughtfully paired bites and Texas pours in an intimate, elegant setting.
The official kickoff event, Opening Night at the Albert Hotel, happens tonight. Presented by the legendary William Chris Vineyards, it celebrates the winery’s 15th anniversary with a lively evening of music, food, and, of course, wine.
