I’m loving Taylor Swift’s new album almost as much as I love Torta Sbrisolona-and that’s saying something.

I’m not really a dessert person, but the first time I tasted this in Ravenna years ago, I wasn’t sure what it was… a cookie? A cake? A dream? All I knew was that I was in love. Made with ground almonds, cornmeal, sugar, and eggs, it’s just sweet enough-rustic, crumbly, and completely irresistible.
