40g jasmine rice (dry weight)
130g skinless chicken breast, skewered and grilled, brushed with 10g teriyaki sauce
10g pickled ginger
75g of coleslaw (Full recipe for 8 servings: is 400g shredded red and white cabbage, 75g shredded red onion, 20g sliced spring onion, 25ml lemon juice, 4g maple syrup, 6g mustard, 16g olive oil, 1 crushed clove garlic, 28g miso paste)
