Lotte Hotel Seoul’s French restaurant “Pierre Ghaniere Seoul” has been selected as the “2025 Taste of Seoul 100” organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Pierre Gagnaire Seoul, located on the 35th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul, is the only restaurant in Korea overseen by Pierre Gagnaire, a three-star Michelin chef and “Picca of the culinary world.”
Seoul Food Week is a project by Seoul Metropolitan Government to promote Seoul’s unique gastronomic culture to the world, and gastronomic curators and experts select 100 restaurants and bars representing Seoul and present them every year.
Along with the selection, Lotte Hotel Seoul participated in the Restaurant Week hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to provide special benefits for customers visiting Pierre Ghaniere Seoul during the event.

From Oct. 27 to Nov. 2, during Restaurant Week, one glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut will be provided free of charge to customers who order menus at Pierre Gannière Seoul.
In addition, the Pierre Ghaniere Bar will hold a whiskey promotion until November 30 where you can enjoy the autumn atmosphere. You can enjoy three types of tasting whiskey and opera cake from Balvenie’s Double Wood, Caribbean Cask and French Oak together.
A Lotte Hotel Seoul official said, “Pierre Ghaniere Seoul is very meaningful as it is listed on the top 100 restaurants representing the world’s leading gourmet city Seoul,” adding, “I hope you can enjoy a classy gourmet experience with Lotte Hotel Seoul’s top-notch French dining through the promotion.”
