I'm getting into calorie counting and I want to know how much I eat on an average day. Do these estimates sound right?

Picture 1: Two scoops of honey yogurt, some granola and frozen berries with a drizzle of honey = 450-500 Cal

Picture 2: Some pasta (blended vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and cucumbers, with some parm grated in, for the green sauce) and a zucchini salad with Chickpeas = 500-600 Cal

Picture 3 (Sorry for awful quality): 2 chicken tenders lettuce wrapped with avocado, pickles and a slice of pepper jack = 400 Cal

Trying to be below 2000 calories a day. Any insight is appreciated

Your best investment for your mental counting and to see progress is a digital food scale and a solid free app that lets you scan barcodes super easily. Estimates are always off by a bit and it adds up.

I say this because honey yoghurt varies a lot depending on fat content…and avocado is high calorie and hard to guess without scale or picture. Otherwise though, your estimates sound about right. (:
