taco ground turkey/ healthy street corn/ basmati rice
5 total containers- all identical, hot sauce and a couple zero carb street taco tortillas to go with it

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

Recipe-
All of this recipe is off the top of my head but you can mess around with amounts of anything
Basmati Rice is just uncle Ben’s 90 second rice.. lazy I know but I was short on time
Ground turkey- half a white onion, clove of garlic sautee.. add in 2 lb ground turkey, throw in a packet of less sodium taco seasoning and a quarter cup of water.. cook meat until you see no more pink
Street corn. 2 cans of sweet kernel corn, sautee in a hot pan for 6-8 mins to get char some color on the corn. Let cool and move to a bowl. Chop half a red onion, 1 red bell pepper and 1 jalapeño. Add together with a quarter cup of Greek yogurt, and cotija cheese to taste. Add spices to taste. I think I did about a tsp of each ( cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder) .. 2 tbsp of lime juice and mix
