Had some leftover brisket and decided to hook the neighbors up. Heavily buttered sourdough bread, cherry and oak smoked Trisket, cheddar cheddar. Might be my favorite comfort food to make on a cool fall evening.

    I can totally see having this sandwich around a fire, cold beer in one hand. I think this sandwich may actually be my version of pumpkin spice.
