I’m definitely in the minority opinion here, but give me a little color on my eggs like this any day! Creamy, fluffy, silky, runny, are definitely not the kind of things I’m looking for in my eggs!

What’s wrong with the look of fried eggs? Did you just simply cook the eggs in the pan after removing the steak? That’s what i’d do. More flavor and fewer dishes to clean.

You’re a little late for the best seasonal style, Oktoberfest. I search out and enjoy Great Lakes’ version, but Revolution and Sam Adams also have good version.
