99% sure it’s going to be vinegar I reckon

  2. it’s your bottle and your picture, so make with the notes, lest you get labeled a pornographer

Ice wine is incredibly high in sugar, and it has really good longevity!!! Honestly you might have another 10 years on this bottle if it hasn’t been stored like shit.

Expect it to be incredibly sweet. Grab your fav dessert and pair it with this after dinner with a date. I would go with chess pie, or crème brûlée

It’s Icewine. So it’s probably going to be perfectly fine. So just drink it. Also… notes. Write some notes. We like notes.

Nope. It’s totally dead. Send it to me and I will make sure it is disposed of properly 😛

I had an ice wine from 91 last year, unless it’s been stored in a microwave it should be fine

Very cool that you have this! Pop it open on occasion that you have some cherry pie, crème brûlée, or an up north favorite…… rhubarb crisp

Ahh I gave a bottle of Niagara ice wine to a mate 20 years ago and he’s saved it. I’m curious too. Please post pics on colour

I had some ice wine that I left in my trunk for a year and a half. 95 degree summers, 0 degree winters. Opened it last week because I was like “well this is probably junk” and it was perfectly fine. So I’m convinced this stuff is indestructible

Vidal is my favorite varietal of Icewine. It’s just magical.
