Then add grated garlic, curry powder, and turmeric for the beautiful golden aroma. Add in rinsed dried lentils, veger chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, diced potatoes, kale or spinach. Let it simmer until tender. Easy right?

It looks like Greek lentils, minus the curry, the turmeric, and the spinach. We use parsley instead.
