
This was a quick throw it together meal. (There were more beans, but I ate a bunch before taking the picture!)
I already had everything ready to go in the fridge. I don't mind cooking to prep ahead, but I hate cooking at actual meal time!
Flat bread is chef John's Lebanonese mountain bread recipe, subbing in whole wheat flour. It's really fun to make!
